Hi All,
Just to remind you that Care First are our EAP provider and can offer support in many ways should you need it.
Care First can be contacted by telephone for free on 01452 623200 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You can also gain information from their website, or by using the my possible self app. This also offers support, advice, and a library full of various lifestyle guidance, including recipes, exercise videos and mindfulness.
Reminder also about our employee benefit provider Vivup, where you may be able to grab yourself a last minute Xmas Gift, or obtain vouchers for money off your grocery shopping.
