WHAT IS REALISING TALENT
Realising Talent is a programme funded by the West of England Combined Authority (WECA) to support young people in year 10 and 11 into a positive outcome post 16. Young people are identified by their schools, and YCSW Key Workers deliver a range of group and 1:1 interventions focused on engaging them with education, developing skills and helping them make a successful transition to college, apprenticeship or other training.
The sessions take place in schools when we are able to and during lockdown, we have been providing sessions over the phone and Zoom.
