Your Wellbeing Matters

Life can feel a bit much sometimes, and that's okay. Whether you're feeling low, anxious, or just want some extra support, our wellbeing team are here for you.

What is wellbeing?

We asked young people what wellbeing meant to them and this is what they said:

  • Being Happy

  • Taking care of yourself

  • Spending time with friends & family

  • Listening to music

  • Baking or cooking

  • Taking my dog for a walk

Wellbeing looks different to everyone, but in a nutshell it's about feeling good, coping with life, and looking after yourself in ways that work for you.

When you need extra support

Sometimes it's tricky to manage those feelings on your own - and that's totally normal

That's where wellbeing support comes in.

We offer 1-1 support for young people aged 16-19 who are experiencing mild to moderate mental health issues

You don't need to go through things alone - we're here to help.

We can support if you're

  • Feeling low or sad

  • Feeling anxious or overwhelmed

  • Struggling with confidence or self-esteem

We can also:

  • Point you in the right direction for additional wellbeing or mental health services

  • Suggest ways to help you cope with challenges

  • Help find strategies to improve the way you feel
