About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity to continue the development of our youth work delivery in Radstock and Westfield. This post is to continue to develop and deliver high quality youth work in this geographical area, working closely with the Town and Parish Councils. YCSW has an existing youth work team that delivers youth work in many different locations. This post will be part of this team.
The role involves developing programmes of youth work that meet the needs of the young people. The role will also include managing, developing, and supporting a small staff team along with volunteers. Leading on youth work sessions in all localities and managing the running of those sessions. The office base will be at Radstock Youth Centre.
