A lot of our services will not be running during the Christmas break, this leaflet has contact details for services to help you during this time if required. They are a mix of national and local organisations.


We will be providing intermittent coverage during the Christmas period through our office number 01225 396980. However, this is not a solution for emergencies.

Call 999: If someone is seriously ill or injured, and their life is at risk.


Call 101 -Non-Life Threatening Emergencies


Call 111 -For health/medical advice. NHS Medical Service, but for more serious concerns visit your local Accident and Emergency Department or NHS

Mental Health Help

Shout: If you would prefer not to talk but want some mental health support, you could text SHOUT to 85258. Shout offers a confidential 24/7 text service providing support if you are in crisis and need immediate help.
