Important Update from the Board of Trustees

On behalf of the Board of Trustees of Youth Connect South West, I am writing to share an important update with you.

After leading the organisation from its origins, through a period of extraordinary growth and dynamic change, Tracey Pike has decided to step down from her role as Chief Executive of Youth Connect South West. We would like to thank her for the significant contribution she has made to the lives of young people in the South West over a period of over 40 years and wish her well in the future.

Sam Plummer, Head of Operations and Practice, will continue as Interim CEO to ensure continuity and stability as we move forward. The Board will be developing its future strategy and considering how and when to recruit a new Chief Executive. We are committed to ensuring this process is thoughtful and aligned with the organisation's long-term goals.
