About the Role

Youth Connect South West (YCSW) is a vibrant young people's charity in Bath and North East Somerset. We inspire and support young people to thrive today and prepare for a bright future.
Are you passionate about making a difference in young people's lives? Join us as a Group Work Facilitator. You will work with young people aged 16-25 with SEND, creating engaging group sessions and activities that foster personal, social, and academic growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage and Inspire: Plan and lead dynamic group sessions focused on vocational skills, PSHE education, and enrichment activities.
• Support and Develop: Provide individual support within group settings to ensure full participation and progress.
• Innovate and Adapt: Create tailored activities that meet diverse student needs and keep them motivated.
• Collaborate: Work with staff to integrate group work with individual learning plans and overall programme goals.
• Organise and Manage: Coordinate social, recreational, and educational activities, managing resources and budgets efficiently.
• Ensure Safety: Conduct risk assessments and ensure all activities comply with safety protocols.
• Administrative Excellence: Maintain accurate records and handle necessary administrative tasks.
