About the Role
We have an exciting new opportunity to continue the development of our youth work delivery in Wincanton, Bruton and Castle Cary in Somerset. This is a new post to develop and deliver high quality youth work in this geographical cluster, working closely with the town and Parish Councils. YCSW has an existing youth work team that delivers youth work in many different locations. This post will be part of this team.
Youth work happens after school and in the evenings when young people are around. The role involves developing programmes of youth work that meets the needs of the young people. Managing, developing, and supporting a small staff team along with volunteers. Leading on youth work sessions in all localities and managing the running of those sessions. The office base will be at your home address.
